Cancellation Policy

Group Retreat Policy Eligibility and Registration - Participation is limited to approved clients only - All participants must be 18 years or older unless accompanied by a legal guardian - Completion of all required registration forms, liability waivers, and medical information is mandatory - Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of deposit and completed documentation Payment Terms - A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot - Full payment is due 60 days prior to retreat start date - Acceptable payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, or certified check Cancellation and Refund Policy Client Cancellation - 60+ days prior to retreat: Full refund (less deposit) - 30-59 days prior to retreat: 50% refund (less deposit) - Less than 30 days prior to retreat: No refund - All cancellations must be submitted in writing Host Cancellation - In the event the retreat is cancelled by the host, participants will receive a full refund including deposit - Host is not responsible for non-refundable travel arrangements Travel Insurance - Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance - Insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation - Host is not responsible for costs incurred due to travel delays, interruptions, or cancellations Health and Safety - Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions - Host reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose health may be at risk - Participants must follow all safety guidelines and protocols - COVID-19 and other health protocols must be followed as per current regulations Code of Conduct - Participants must maintain professional and respectful behavior - No illegal substances or activities - Host reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive behavior without refund - Harassment or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated Liability - Participants must sign a comprehensive liability waiver - Host is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings - Participants are responsible for their own medical and evacuation expenses Privacy and Media - Photography and recordings during retreat activities are permitted for personal use only - Commercial use of retreat photos/videos requires written permission - Host may photograph/record events for promotional purposes - Participants may opt out of being featured in promotional materials
